This video actually blew me away. The guy gets hit 4 times by Taliban machinegun fire while trying to draw fire away from the rest of his team, who were pinned down. Luckily, none of them got through his body armour and he had no permanent injuries.
NOTE: I originally stated that this was a US Marine (which is what it said on Youtube) and somebody has, rightly so, corrected me. If you look closely, the guy’s not in USMC uniform, but in multicam (now issued to some US Army ground troops). Apologies for the schoolboy mistake.
